Mike is a resident of St. Albans, WV. He attended the West Virginia Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute. He has worked in the civil engineering and economic development field for the past 33 years. His engineering and architecture design knowledge, experience in construction management and real estate negotiation, have been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous residential, commercial and industrial development projects.
Mike manages, and has worked closley with the tennants in the Alliance's small business incubator for the past 14 years. He is a board member of the St. Albans Renaissance Group and is on the Regional Intergovernmental Council Transportation Technical Advisory Committee, and was recently appointed to the Appalachian Regional Commission Incubation Steering Committee in Washington DC.
